Emerging Trends Deserve Recognition So Without ado CT DCF Worst Workers
While listening to many horrific stories, most of which the public never gets to hear about, we at CorruptCT noticed quite a trend emerging. We get to hear all the names of the Social Workers, the Department of Children and Family Workers and of course anyone else that gets involved in these matters like the police and the private agencies they work with.
Now while I can not say that one DCF office is any better than another DCF office or that some social workers are legit and actually care and other DCF workers right out lie and only care about getting off on ruining families and following the agenda of making the state more money. Yes, that nice old wheel, the more children taken, the more funds they need, the more funds they get the more staff and power they get to take away children, shake head and repeat.
First…. *drum roll please*, by far one of the worst DCF offices in CT is the Torrington DCF Office
Yeah!! Lets everybody cheer, the Torrington DCF Office for being one of the most corrupt full of Bologna Sauce people ever! They would lie to your face about how the are going to help you, and you wont even have time to turn around and get stabbed in the back, the will cut your throat for a few pennies.
Lets see, I know we have some superstars in this location, the Torrington DCF:
- Margaret Quintana (Mad Dog Maggy: Savage Beast sometimes eats babies thinking it is the key to keeping your youth and being immortal!)
- Glaister Gopie (We have been told, no honestly, he likes to stalk some of his parents, show up at their work and just pretend he doesn’t know anything. The bitch of it? On our tax dollars his work time! Ass hat award goes to you my friend!
- Liz Burns (Damn right she does! That crazy bitch don’t play games!)
- Susan Palmer (I don’t know, got no dukes?)
- Koren Kermashek (She may have a strippers name, but don’t let that fool you, the only thing she is taking off or stripping is our liberties and rights while she steals our children. Cute? I don’t know? Venereal diseases? Again I can’t say but I wouldn’t trust her with my kid’s or my.. well you know..
- Supervisor Amanda Anderson (All I see in my head is her being the wicked witch and all those flying monkeys around her are the social workers that work under her.. HA HA HA HA, I’ll get you my pretty little babies!!)
- Supervisor Joanne Prince (Well, she is newer, still has her monkey wings and furry face, I guess we can she how she does, but considering she lets Mad Dog Maggy out to have fun doesn’t look promising.)

Foster Care Abuse + Murder
Even as she was about to face justice for kidnapping and child abuse, Geralyn Graham insisted she never harmed foster child Rilya Wilson.
“I love her too much to ever have done anything to her. Things have been greatly exaggerated,” Graham said. “I ask that those who believe I’ve done these things forgive me, and those who know in their hearts I would never do these things to keep praying for me. The truth will come out.”
Graham smothered Rilya, a foster child, with a pillow, disposed of her body near water in South Miami-Dade, then spent years telling conflicting versions of what happened to the child. Jurors, by an 11-1 vote, deadlocked on a count of first-degree murder.
The jury convicted Graham of kidnapping, two counts of aggravated child abuse and one of child abuse.
After Tuesday’s sentencing, prosecutors embraced U.S. Rep. Frederica Wilson, a former state senator who championed Rilya’s case and pushed for DCF reform. Speaking to reporters, Wilson held hands with Rilya’s older sister, Brandy Sims, who doesn’t remember her little sister.
“She will spend the rest of her life in prison,” a satisfied Wilson said.
The case was significant for the Florida Department of Children & Families, which did not notice the girl was missing for 15 months. Graham told investigators that a mystery DCF worker whisked the child away for mental health treatment.
Graham was later arrested for and convicted of fraud. Based on incriminating statements from her domestic partner, Graham was then charged with aggravated child abuse of Rilya.
Her partner, Pamela Graham, no relation, agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge of child neglect.
Pamela Graham, a meek shell of a woman, testified at trial that Geralyn Graham would bind the child’s hands to the bed railing with plastic “flex cuffs” and confine Rilya in a laundry room for hours.
A friend of the pair told police that Graham borrowed a dog cage to put Rilya in when she misbehaved, although no could say they saw the child in there as punishment.
Acquaintances also testified that Graham gave conflicting stories about what happened to the girl — to some, she claimed the girl was on a road trip with a “Spanish lady” friend.
A grand jury indicted Geralyn Graham in 2005 after she allegedly confessed in detail to inmate Robin Lunceford, who testified at trial over four days. Two other inmates also testified that Graham, while behind bars, suggested she killed the child.

Social Worker Had Child Porn!!
Former high-school counselor and Child Protection Worker Jason Keough was sentenced Friday to 27 months in prison for exploiting three young couples for sexual purposes.
Keough was convicted in January on two counts of possessing child pornography and one count each of making voyeuristic materials and voyeurism.
The sentence imposed by Justice Donald Manderschied is nine months longer than what the Crown had recommended and includes jail time for the voyeurism conviction. The judge said no court has ever imposed jail time for that offence.
Crown prosecutor Diane Hollinshead later explained to reporters that courts have been imposing conditional sentences or probation as a punishment for voyeurism, which is still a relatively new offence.
She welcomed the judge's decision to sentence Keough to prison on that count.
"We are seeing more and more voyeuristic activity, we are having more charges ... and the conduct that we saw here in the file involving Mr. Keough does require a denunciatory, deterrent sentence and that would involve jail," Hollinshead said.
The trial heard how Keough owned tapes of three young couples having sex, made over a three-year period between January 2005 and the fall of 2008.
The court was told Keough paid one young man to videotape himself and his girlfriend having sex. The girl, 15 at the time, was not aware she was on camera.
Another man testified Keough threatened to have his girlfriend put into foster care unless the couple made sex tapes.
Another CPS Worker with Child Pornography!
Gary E. Anderson leaned into the podium, his head lowered and the blue jail jumpsuit draping off his thin frame.
The 67-year-old former Child Protective Services director told the court he did not understand how he could spend 36 years of his life defending children, including his own, and now stand guilty of raping a 9-year-old girl and molesting another girl of the same age.
“I’ve broken a sacred trust not only with these children, but those who love them,” he said Friday. “I broke their hearts. … I am sorry for what I’ve done.”
Anderson pleaded guilty to first-degree child rape and first-degree molestation last year for “numerous” times when he touched the two girls inappropriately, according to court records. He admitted his conduct in a plea agreement recommending an alternative sentence of one year in jail as well as sex offender therapy and supervision upon release.
Superior Court Judge Mark McCauley rejected the recommended Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative on Friday, saying Anderson deserved prison despite pleas from the victims’ families to grant treatment.
“I have really struggled with this decision,” the judge said. “There was such a trust. There are multiple victims. His conduct went on for years.”
McCauley sentenced Anderson to a minimum of 10 years to life in prison with annual reviews to determine whether he can ever be released.
Anderson’s eyes dropped to the table. His supporters in the audience wept softly.
“These crimes, from my point of view, are horrific crimes,” McCauley said, noting he had given substantial prison sentences to other offenders who never even touched a child.
The judge said the victims and their families have to live with the consequences of Anderson’s actions for the rest of their lives. He said he is also concerned about any chance Anderson could re-offend, despite his age.
“I just can’t in good conscience grant a (sentencing alternative),” McCauley said.
Court records stated Anderson first acknowledged he had touched the girls inappropriately when confronted by their parents in January of 2008. He was charged with raping one girl and molesting the other.
The state Department of Social & Health Services said he worked for Child Protective Services for 36 years and retired in 2000. He supervised social workers, but rarely interacted with children.
Anderson was arrested in March of 2008 and unanswered questions about other possible victims delayed his sentencing for months.
Deputy prosecutor Katie Svoboda said everyone involved should be better off with the long case finished.
“It took a lot of work,” she said. “This is a hard case and a hard call (by the judge).”
Svoboda had joined the defense in recommending the alternative sentence with therapy, but said a prison sentence was “well-warranted.”
Defense attorney Brett Purtzer called a polygraph examiner and a psychotherapist to the stand Friday to testify about Anderson’s chances of benefiting from treatment.
“If Mr. Anderson is not an individual that qualifies for (the alternative sentence),” Purtzer argued, “then that person does not exist.”
The attorney presented several letters of support for Anderson and one of the victim’s parents asked the court to allow for treatment instead of prison.
Anderson said he had taken full responsibility and wanted the chance to understand why he had done such things. He believed the alternative sentence and treatment would give him that chance.
“This (sentencing alternative) truly is a privilege,” McCauley told him. “There’s no right to go through this treatment.”
[ I'd like you to ask yourself, what Foundation are you donating to? Most of the Foundations (if not all) that you are donating to, fund this sort of behavior and give Grants to CPS, such as United Way just as an example. Foundations have become the small business of the modern generation by government officials, Judges, an those within the DHHS organization; either directly or indirectly.. so next time you Donate.. ask yourself.. who are YOU hurting?.. I will do an article on Foundations one day, hopefully soon]
Former Social Worker Cheats County Out of $$
A former Oswego County social worker has admitted cheating the system out of about $4,500.
Mary T. Ching, 47, of 20 White St., Clarks Mills, pleaded guilty Thursday to third-degree grand larceny, a felony.
County Court Judge Walter Hafner Jr. promised to sentence Ching to no more than six months in jail and five years probation. Ching also will have to repay the county $4,475.92.
County officials have said Ching, a DSS employee since 1983, created a public assistance account for a family that didn't exist and collected the money. She was arrested in December.
Defense lawyer Kelly Graves has said Ching has a gambling problem, suffers from depression and is seeing a mental health counselor three to four times a week. Last month, Graves told the judge that six months in jail would "derail" Ching's progress.
A report filed by the probation department said Ching was still gambling and had saved no money toward paying back the county.
Real estate records show Ching sold her house on Spring Street in Mexico for $54,000 on April 16. Ching is now living with a niece, according to her lawyer.
Before her arrest, Ching was making $37,560 a year as a senior welfare examiner, according to county records. Now, she receives a disability payment of $1,000 a month.
Sentencing is set for Sept. 11.
Social Worker Took Indecent Liberties Teen Boy: Peeping at teen girls
False allegations are nothing new to these brasen criminals. Many Social Workers are encouraged to lie on reports in order to take your children and are backed by their Supervisors. You have no way of complaining; who would you complain to anyway? The kidnappers are the ones parents have to negotiate with. The children have a bounty and the parents pay with their lives and still lose in court, as there is no one to defend them.
Unfortunately, parents believe their Public Defenders are going to “take care of them”, little do they know….. it will rarely if ever happen.
Social Workers (CPS) are “hardened to these cases, and don’t care about the parents” as I personally was told by a Social Worker.
They are given bonus’ and have Quotas to take children. Yours COULD be next!
These are the people making life decisions for you and your children!
RESTON, Va. -- A school social worker was arrested on Thursday for an alleged sex crime involving a teenage boy, Fairfax County police say.
Robert G. Rother, 51, of Hunter View Farms, has been charged with taking custodial indecent liberties with a 13-year-old boy, police say.
Rother is a school social worker at Terrasat Elementary and Thoreau and Carson Middle schools in Fairfax County.
Police say the incident took place off school property and Rother has been under investigation for a mont.
A school spokesman says Rother was screened for any criminal background before he was hired in 1994 and he had a clean record.
Earlier this year a 35-year-old school psychologist, Richard Americk, was charged with "peeping" at a teenage girl through a neighbor's window.
Anyone with additional information is asked to call Fairfax County Police at 703-246-7800.
